Todd has been a member of the Norton Police Department since 1987 and is currently assigned to the Detective division.
He has been a Detective for the past 11 years.
During his tenure with the Norton Police department Todd has served the Norton Patrolman’s Association as President, Vice President and Secretary.
Todd is Married and has three children.
He has lived in the Town of Norton for his entire life and is active in supporting various community Fundraising efforts.
